Refund and Returns Policy
At MissApsara we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return a product, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You can return a product within 7 days of receiving your parcel. After 7 days, returns will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
3. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Record an unboxing video: Upon receiving the parcel, please make an unboxing video to document the condition of the product as you open it.
- Initiate a return request: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your parcel to initiate a return request. Provide your order number and the unboxing video as proof.
4. Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong product, please make an unboxing video when you open the parcel. Contact our customer service immediately with the video and order details. We will arrange an exchange as soon as possible.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
